This week I'm going to talk about
the greatest holidays I've had. They started this year, on July14th actually.
It was the end of the semester so a classmate did a barbecue in his house so
all of my workshop classmates went to it. } I had a
great time that night with my university friends and my best friend who came
with me to the barbecue. We laughed a lot.
When I came back to my house, it was about to snow, so I went to my warm
and comfortable bed to the next day.
My mother was on her vacation in the south of Chile those days and the
day next to that she calls me and invites me to Los Ángeles. So I went
inmediatly to the bus station and took the first bus that would take me there.
The trip was horrible because the guy next to me won't stop moving and I
couldn't sleep!
I arrived there about four in the
morning the next day and it was freezing! I don’t go to the south very often so
I couldn’t believe that it could be so cold, the cars in Los Ángeles had Ice on
them, even though it didn’t rain and it didn’t snow so it was only the cold
wheather.
I just were 3 days in Los Ángeles,
but it was a great experience because I went to places that I think I couldn’t
go in another opportunity. Such as Nahuelbuta that is a natural reservation
where the night before snowed so I met the snow as its finest, Concepción, a
city that I’ve always dreamed to meet, Dichato, a beach that were devastated by
the 2010’s earthquake, Lirquén, a little port town that looked just like the
movies.
They were the best holidays of my life because I was with my family -my mom, her boyfriend and my little sister.
This is a photo of Nahuelbuta. I didn't take it but it looked just like this.
